SleepSpectrum is an informational resource designed to help families understand and manage sleep difficulties in autistic children. It provides evidence-based guidance on sleep strategies, melatonin use, and signposts to trusted UK support services.
Sleep difficulties affect 50-80% of autistic children and can have a significant impact on the whole family. We aim to make the latest guidance accessible and practical, so families feel empowered in discussions with healthcare professionals.
